Why does the Caribbean have two candidates for Commonwealth Secretary General?

Indeed, in the case of Commonwealth candidatures, we have the precedent of three countries — Antigua and Barbuda, Dominica, and Trinidad and Tobago — initially putting forward candidates for the post of Secretary General in 2015 ... even as the incumbent seeks to continue in office.

New Kingston building evacuated due to smoke

Offices inside The Towers building on Dominica Drive in New Kingston have been evacuated. According to an employee, the evacuation exercise was prompted by smoke reportedly coming from an elevator. The smoke was noticed some time around 10.30 am... .
